Front of House Staff- (FOH)
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as Front of House waiter or waitress
- Act as a first point of contact for guests at venues, by welcoming and directing guests
- Full set-up and breakdown of events-serving guests, beverage and horsd’oeuvres service
- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds when working with China
- Clearing tables throughout the meal
- Carry trays of food for plated meals
- Must be knowledgeable of the menu, to be able to answer questions and make suggestions
- FOH positions include server/waiter, food runner, busser and dishwasher

Back of House- (BOH)
- Responsible for behind-the-scenes areas, usually the kitchen (Organization, Set-up and clean-up)
- Must be knowledgeable of the menu and the portions to be served
- Must be trained on food safety and sanitation because will be handling food to be plated before making its way to the customer
- Responsible for food preparation and presentation on-site for all beverage and food stations
- BOH positions include expeditor, food runner, dishwasher

Bartender
- Set-up the bar at the beginning of their shift, take inventory of alcohol with manager on site
- Mixing and pouring beverages as needed
- Ensure that the bar is clean and tidy throughout
- If Full bar, must know all basic drinks
- If Cash bar, must handle cash, take cash inventory at start of shift and end of shift
- Shut down the bar at the end of the event
- Wash and dry glassware at the end of the night
